Cultivated on family owned farms on the slopes of Mount Elgon in the Tegeres region of Uganda, this coffee is processed using a dry fermentation process at the Sipi Falls mill. The coffee is grown between 1800-2060 masl in volcanic loam soil. Coffee is fully washed after depulping and dry fermentation, and then dried on raised screen beds.
This is an incredibly balanced coffee with rich, chocolate notes balanced with hints of blood orange and watermelon. It has a supple mouthfeel and an incredible complexity.View Details
