With a few snow showers still falling, Montana spring is in full effect. This year’s spring seasonal BLOOM is profiled and up on the website, as well as available in shops around Montana. This year we are featuring a single origin coffee as Bloom, an Ethiopian Yirgacheffe, which is washed and sun dried. It is a delicious and bright coffee with notable hints of sunshine. Bright floral notes, sweet chocolate earth, and touch of orange blossom. Days are getting longer and the plants are starting to emerge from the ground. Enjoy this cup as the earth tilts us closer to the sun.
